What sets Nugent Builders apart is the unique way our team works together to guide our customers through every phase of building. Mike and Linda Rogers along with Linda’s brother Don Nugent each add their own talents to the process.

The first step is to listen to our customer’s wants, needs and budget and then to help them transform these together into a working blueprint for construction. The entire team studies the plans at length to make sure the final design will be what our customers have envisioned.

Mike works hand in hand with customers, guiding them through the design and selection phases from assisting with brick and stone selection all the way through countertops and light fixtures making sure difficult choices don’t become overwhelming and each element is completed with style.

Linda will meticulously put numbers together to give our customers an accurate price and then manage all the administrative tasks throughout construction. It is these strong organizational skills that have led her to become the President of the Homebuilders Association of Saint Joseph Valley.

Don is on-site daily to ensure quality craftsmanship goes into every detail from the ground up. His vast experience and knowledge allow him to lead each phase of construction and to ensure timeliness and a job well done.
